Fix Pack versus Critical Hot Fix

Patches comes boundled in two packages; Fix Pack and Critical Hot Fix.
What is the difference between a FP and a CHF?

FP is a new term for patches based on BOXIr2 SP2 installation and beyond. If you run a installation prior to SP2, you must go with the CHF.

For now and in the near future, FP is the name of the game.
